Our pricing is based on our commitment to providing the finest and safest all-inclusive care available for your laser vision correction surgery.
All fees cover the cost of custom LASIK surgery and 90 days of post operative care immediately following your procedure. Patients who have not had a recent eye exam will likely require an eye exam prior to the preoperative LASIK evaluation and may be charged their optometrist’s usual and customary fee for that visit.
Usual & Customary Fees
- Custom LASIK: $2,600/eye or $5,200 for both eyes
Cash Discount
Ohio LASIK Centers’ accepts Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express. If you choose to pay with cash, check, money order or major credit card you will earn a discount off the procedure fee.
- Custom LASIK: $2,450/eye or $4,900 for both eyes
Insurance
If your insurance policy offers a LASIK benefit, Ohio LASIK Centers will permit up to a 15% insurance discount off our usual & customary fee. No other offers or promotions may be combined or added once discount is extended.
- Custom LASIK: $2,210/eye or $4,420 for both eyes
Flex Plans
If your employer offers a flexible benefits plan or a health care spending account, you may be able to pay for the procedure with these pre-tax dollars.
Care Credit
